The main goal of my Innovation Plan is to tackle the challenge of meeting our students’ diverse needs and preferences while creating a more engaging classroom environment. By using the Blended Learning Station Rotation Model, teachers aim to encourage active participation and deeper learning. This study will investigate how this teaching method impacts students’ academic performance, offering valuable insights into effective instructional practices. This research supports the broader aim of improving teaching strategies and fostering lifelong learning success among students.
